How does the Sullivan Managed Inventory Program work?

With a blanket PO Commitment from the customer, Sullivan will bring in the required components and inventory them in our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The customer issues a release to receive the desired quantities to be shipped. This results in only as much as you need and allows for the cost saving advantages of bulk production, without the cost of excessive inventories on your floor.

We Do the Work / We Call You

Sullivan has dedicated people to fully manage this inventory. They watch your burn rate and WE CALL YOU with tracking reports and suggestions on increasing or decreasing the inventory amounts. This allows the customer to feel confident that there will not be a shortage.

Every six months we go through a RENEWAL process to re-commit for the inventory so that the process remains steady and reliable. Like clockwork.
